# Your privacy at NOD3

How we use your information during the closed beta.

## When you apply

We store your account ID for this portal, email, name, filmmaking interests, application status, submission time and review time. NOD3 uses this information to review applications and manage beta access. Other applicants cannot view your application.

## When you send feedback

We store your portal account ID, email, report reference, category, workflow stage, title, details, release version and submission time. NOD3 beta administrators use reports for support and product improvement. Reports are not published to other testers.

## Your film projects

Local project files, project progress and full chat histories are not automatically uploaded to this portal. Feedback accepts text; it does not upload your film files. The installer has its own privacy information in PRIVACY.md inside the release ZIP.

## What to leave out

Share only material you are authorised to provide. Keep passwords, API keys, one-time codes, client secrets and private project files out of applications and feedback.

## Corrections and deletion

Approved testers can request a correction or deletion through feedback. Include the application or report reference and describe the request without repeating private material. If you cannot access feedback, contact NOD3 directly.

## Hosting and sign-in

This portal uses Sites hosting and Sign in with ChatGPT. Those providers handle their own operational data under their privacy policies. Signing in here is separate from signing in to Codex on your PC.
